GEDANKEN eines Projektgründers zum Junior Öko Expert Projekt kurz (JÖEP)
Das JÖEP ist ein Projekt „pro terra vitaque“ = „für die Erde und das Leben“
Von beiden sind wir Menschen nur ein Teil.Was immer wir tun in Wirtschaft, Technik, Kultur und Politik – wir gestalten damit unsere UM-MIT- WELT.
Diese Um-Mitwelt ist Auslesefaktor für unsere Leben und Überleben!
Damit bestimmen wir selber über einen Teil unseres „Schicksals“.
Dieses Faktum gilt für die gesamte Erde, alle politischen Systeme, alle Länder und Nationalitäten, Hautfarben und Religionen, für Arme genauso wie für Reiche.
Das war und ist auch Lehrinhalt der Höheren Lehranstalt für Umwelt und Wirtschaft in Yspertal und der Partnerschulen in Veseli n. L. Und Tokaj, später auch Teschen.
Das war und ist auch Inhalt des JÖEP.
Der Gedanke, dass unser Globus auch unsere Heimatländer vor gemeinsamen Problemen aber auch Die Projektgründer , Dir. DI L. Honsa aus Veseli, Dir. Istvan Dewald aus Tokaj und vorallem Dr. Josef Danko, Dir. Kornelia Dankó und Ich wollten darauf eine gemeinsame Antwort geben.
Wir träumten sogar von einem gemeinsamen „zentraleuropäischen Lehrplan für Öko-soziale Marktwirtschaft“!
Im Projektplan enthalten waren und sind auch eine Reihe methodisch didaktischer Besonderheiten als Antworten auf die genannte Problemlage.
Priorität in der Projektgestaltung und Abwicklung hat das Prinzip:
„Arbeit auf Augenhöhe“! Alle TeilnehmerInnen verpflichten sich, ihr Bestes in das Projekt einzubringen! Belehrungen von „oben herab“ gibt es nicht – als Lernen voneinander!
Probleme werden nach festgelegten Regeln gelöst. (Qualitätsmanagement)
Die teilnehmenden Schulen haben sich verpflichtet, Vorbereitung und Abwicklung des JÖEP im Rotationsprinzip alljährlich durchzuführen.
Das ist in diesem Jahr zur großen Freude der Projektgründer zum 20. Mal der Fall.
Die Zahl der teilnehmenden Schulen war mit Cjescin (Teschen) auf 4 angewachsen.
Herr Karl Franc (+) als unermüdlicher Mentor und Frau Dir. Alicia Ziomber mit ihrer großen Kompetenz und Initiative haben das ermöglicht.
Einige der wichtigsten Projektinhalte und Methoden seit der Gründung sind:
° gegenseitiges Kennen und Verstehen lernen durch gemeinsame Arbeit
° Erarbeitung der Erstellung und Abwicklung von Projekten im internationalen Rahmen!
°EDV als Werkzeug in der Lösung von Problemen und der Projektpräsentation
° Kommunikation im Fachbereich, Projektsprache Englisch
°Kennenlernen der Umweltsituation, der Wirtschaft, Politik und Kultur der jeweiligen Länder in der Alltagsrealität
° Präsentationserstellung und Präsentation der Ergebnisse in internationalen Teams usw.
Seit der Projektgründung sind die Probleme in unserer Welt, auch in unseren Ländern leider nicht weniger geworden.
Klimawandel, Finanzkrisen, Hunger, Revolutionen und Kriege, Emigration, Flucht und Migration sind alltäglich und fordern jede und jeden von uns.
Die Natur ist eine in Jahrmillionen entstandenes unendlich komplexes Netzwerk,wir nur ein seit Kurzem aufgetretener Teil Davon.
Deshalb sind einfache Antworten(Liberalismus, Nationalismus und andere -ismen) sicher nicht zielführend.
Meine Hoffnung ist, dass Menschen wie die TeilnehmerInnen am JÖEP zuversichtlich und zäh an der Entwicklung der „Öko-sozialen – Marktwirtschaft“ weiterbauen.
Dabei geht es um Rechte und Gerechtigkeit gegenüber der Natur und aller ihrer Teile, Mikroben, Pflanzen und Tiere, auch wir Menschen sollen in diesem System „artgerecht“ leben können.
Dieses vernünftige System wäre eventuell eine tragfähige Basis für eine friedliche Entwicklung.
Viele TeilnehmerInnen am JÖEP sind mittlerweile gut Freunde geworden, SchülerInnen, Lehrer
Innen, DirektorInnen und allen Guten Geistern des Projektes in den Sekretariaten, Werkstätten der Schulraumpflege, bei den Partnerbetrieben usw. herzlicher Dank und die Bitte „ weiter zu machen“.
Eine altgriechische, damit ureuropäische Metapher ist die von den „Rossen und dem Wagenlenker“!
Die Rosse sind die Emotion, die uns in problematischen Situationen antreiben, oft auch mit uns „durchgehen“ – der Wagenlenker ist die Ratio, die Vernunft, die lenkend und zügelnd eingreift.
In der Komplexität der Probleme unserer Welt schreit die Emotion nach einfachen Lösungen.
Bildung und Ausbildung haben die übergeordnete Aufgabe, Emotion und Ratio in Einklang zu bringen.
Das ist die edelste Aufgabe für uns Lehrer! Unsere Methoden und Inhalte sind nur Werkzeuge.
Wir als humane, vielleicht auch gläubige Menschen haben die Pflicht, nach Kräften unsere Ratio
lenkend einzusetzen, jede und jeder von uns dort wo sie bzw. er steht.
Dem JÖEP und allen Beteiligten viele weitere Jahre bei der zielführenden Entwicklung der ökosozialen Idee, für „ Mutter Erde und das Leben“ also die „gesamte Schöpfung“ .

Egy projektalapító gondolatai a Junior Öko Expert Projekttel kapcsolatban (röviden:JÖEP)
A JÖEP egy projekt „pro terra vitaque” = „a földért és az életért.”
Mi emberek mindkettőnek csak egy része vagyunk. Minden, amit teszünk a gazdaságban, a technika területén, a kultúrában és a politikában, ezzel alakítjuk ki a minket körülvevő környezetünket. Környezetünknek kiemelkedően fontos szerepe van életünkben, túlélésünkben. Így mi, magunk határozhatjuk meg sorsunk egy részét.
Ez a tény érvényes az egész Földre, minden politikai rendszerre, minden országra és nemzetiségre, bőrszínre és vallásokra, szegényekre éppúgy, mint a gazdagokra.
Ez volt és ma is a tantervi tartalma az yspertali környezetgazdálkodási szakközépiskolának és a veseli n.L, a tokaji és később a cieszyni partneriskoláknak is. Ez volt és ez is a JÖEP tartalma.
A projektalapítók: DI L. Honsa Igazgató Veseliből, Dévald István Igazgató Tokajból, és mindenek előtt Dr. Dankóné Patkó Kornélia Igazgató és Dr. Dankó József Tokajból és én, arra az aggodalomra akartunk közös választ adni, hogy a földgolyónk és a szülőföldjeink azonos problémák előtt állnak. Sőt megálmodtunk egy közös közép-európai tantervet, öko-szociális piacgazdaság témájában.
A projekttervben volt és van egy sor metodikai-didaktikai különlegesség válaszként a megnevezett problémahelyzetre.
A projekt kialakításában és lebonyolításában előnyt élvez az az elv: „Dolgozz egyenrangúan!” Minden résztvevő kötelezi magát arra, hogy a projektbe beleadja a legjobb tudását. „Felülről lefelé” tanítások nincsenek, csak egymástól tanulás! A problémákat rögzített szabályok alapján kell megoldani. (minőségbiztosítás)
A résztvevő iskolák kötelesek a JÖEP előkészítésére és évenként mindig más helyszínen történő lebonyolítására. A projektalapítók nagy örömére erre idén már 20. alkalommal kerül sor. A résztvevő iskolák száma Cieszynnel 4-re nőtt. Karl Franz úr, mint fáradhatatlan mentornak és Alicia Ziomber igazgató nagy szakértelmének és kezdeményezésének hála vált ez lehetővé.
Néhány legfontosabb projekttartalom és módszer az alapítás óta:
- kölcsönös megismerés és megértés megtanulása a közös munka során
- a projektek kidolgozása, létrehozása és lebonyolítása nemzetközi keretben
- számítógépes adatfeldolgozás, mint munkaeszköz a problémák és a projektprezentációk megoldásában
- szakterületi kommunikáció, a projekt nyelve az angol.
- a mindenkori országok környezeti helyzetének, gazdaságának, politikájának és kultúrájának megismerése a mindennapok valóságában.
- prezentációk készítése és az eredmények bemutatása nemzetközi csapatokban stb.
A projektalapítás óta világunkban és országainkban nem lett sajnos kevesebb a probléma. Klímaváltozás, pénzügyi krízisek, éhség, forradalmak és háborúk, emigrálás, menekülés és a migráció mindennap kihívást jelentenek mindannyiunknak.
A természet évmilliók óta létező végtelenül komplex hálózat, aminek mi csak egy ideig vagyunk része(se)i. Ezért az egyszerű válaszok (liberalizmus, nacionalizmus és egyéb izmusok) biztosan nem célra vezetőek. Reménykedem abban, hogy az emberek, mint a JÖEP résztvevői bizakodóan és kitartóan továbbépítik és fejlesztik tovább az „öko-szociális piacgazdaságot”. Ez biztosítja a jogokat és az igazságosságot a természet és annak elemi, a mikrobák, növények, állatok és az ember részére, hogy a számára legmegfelelőbb módon élhessen ebben a rendszerben. Ez a racionális rendszer esetleg egy teherbíró támpont lenne egy békés fejlődéshez.
Sok JÖEP résztvevő időközben jó baráttá vált. Szívélyes köszönet a diákoknak, tanároknak, igazgatóknak és mindenkinek a titkárságokon, iskolaellátás műhelyeiben, partnerüzemekben dolgozóknak és kérem „csinálják tovább”!
Van egy ógörög, ezáltal óeurópai metafora a „paripákról és a kocsi hajtóról”. A paripák az érzelem, ami problémás helyzetekbe sodor minket, – gyakran ez ránk is érvényesül, és a kocsis az ész, az értelem, aki ebbe kormányozva és zabolázva beleavatkozik. Világunk problémáinak komplexitásában az érzelem egyszerű megoldásokat kíván. Az oktatás és a képzés legfontosabb feladata, hogy az észt és az érzelmet összhangba hozza. Ez a legnemesebb feladat nekünk, tanároknak! Módszereink és a tartalmak csak eszközök.
Nekünk, mint humánus, de talán még hívő emberként is az a kötelességünk, hogy értelmünk (eszünk) erejét oda vessük be, ahol a legnagyobb szükség van rá.
A JÖEP-nek és minden résztvevőjének sok további évet kívánok az öko-szociális eszme céltudatos megvalósításához, a „Föld Anyáért és az Életért” tehát az „egész Teremtett Világért”.

Thoughts of a project founder concerning the Junior Eco Expert Project (JEEP)
The JEEP is a project „pro terra vitaque” = „ for the earth and life”
We ,human beings are only part of both. Everything we do in the economy and technology, in the culture and politics forms our environment. Our environment has an essential role in our life and survival. Thus we ourselves can determine part of our fate.
It is true for the whole Earth, all political systems, each country and nation, for any skin colour and religion, for the poor as well as the rich.
It was and still it is the content of the curriculum in the environmetal management secondary school in Yspertal, in Veseli, in the partner school of Tokaj and later in Cieszyn. It was and still it is the content of the JEEP.
The project founders – DI Honsa Director from Veseli, István Dévald Director from Tokaj and first and foremost Kornélia Patkó Dr Dankóné Director and Dr. József Dankó from Tokaj and myself – wanted to find an answer for our common concern that our planet and homeland are facing the same problem. Moreover, we dreamed a common Central-european curriculum in the topic of eco-social market economy.
The project contained and contains today plenty of methodological- pedagogical specialities as an answer to the defined problem.
Our principle „ Work equally” is preferred in the project development and realization. All participants oblige themselves to work in the project to the best of their abilities. There is no top-down teaching, only learning from each other. The problems must be solved in line with the defined standards (quality assurance).
Participating schools must prepare JEEP and realize it in different places every year. To the delight of the project founders it takes places for the 20th time this year. The number of participating schools has increased to 4 with Cieszyn. Huge expertise and initiative of Mr Karl Franz as the tireless mentor and Ms Alicia Ziomber Director made it possible.
Some of the most important project contents and methods since the foundation:
- learn to get to know and understand each other during the common work
- develop, establish and realize the project internationally
- computerized data processing as a work tool during the problem solution and project presentation
- communication in the fields of expertise, the project language is English
- become familiar with the environmental situation , economy , politics and culture of the given country in its everyday reality
- make presentations and show results by international teams
Since the foundation of the project, unfortunately there haven’t been fewer problems in our countries and in our world. Climate change , financial crisis, famine, revolutions and wars, emigration, refugees and migration mean everyday challenges for all of us.
Nature is an immensely complex network existing for millions of years which we are part of it and take part in for a short time. So such simple answers as liberalism, nationalism and other -isms are surely ineffective. I hope that people as participants of the JEEP will confidently persist in building and keep on developing the eco-social market economy. It will ensure rights and justice for nature and its elements , the microbes , plants and the human being to live the most suitable life in this system. This rational system could be a strong capacity for a peaceful development.
Several JEEP participants have become friends over the years. I would like to say thanks to the students, the teachers, the directors and to everybody working at the secretariats, in the school supplying workshops and partner sites. At the same time, I ask them to continue working.
There is an ancient Greek and thus ancient European metaphore of the horses and the coach driver. The horses represent sensibility that often plunges us into problematic situations – it is often true for us. And the driver is intelligence and sense who interferes by navigating and curbing the horses. Sensibility needs a simple solution in the complexity of problems in our world. The most important task of the education and training is to conciliate sense and sensibility. It is the most noble responsibility for us, teachers. Our methods and contents are only tools.
We humane and perhaps religious people are bound to concentrate the strength of our sense (intelligence) where it is the most needed.
I wish many years to come for the JEEP and its participants to achieve a purposive eco-social conception for „the Mother Earth and Life” therefore for „the whole Created World”.
